We’re sorry to see you go. When you delete your Swapo account, here’s what happens—and how to request it.
What Happens When You Delete
- Your profile, listings, messages, and all activity will be permanently removed.
- You’ll lose your token balance.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to Swapo.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision by typing your password.
- Submit. Your deletion request will be processed shortly.
After deletion, we’ll send you an email confirming that your data has been removed.
Things to Keep In Mind
- Deleting means data is gone forever — no recovery.
- If you had active listings or requests, they’ll be canceled.
- You can always create a new account later, but you’ll start fresh (no token history, no connections).
